Returns

Our return policy below is effective 3/15/2022:

Items are eligible for return for refund within 7 days of delivery.  All refunds are to your original form of payment. Returns must be initiated online via the link below within 7 days of delivery date. If an incorrect or damaged item was received, please email info@harpersrow.com with details and photos of the incorrect product/damage within 5 days.

We do not offer exchanges at this time, so if you wish to "exchange," please follow our return process and then place a new order.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, unwashed with original tags attached and all original poly bags with bar code sticker (if applicable) must be included. For health and safety reasons, swimwear, bras/lingerie, bodysuits, earrings, and beauty products are not eligible for returns. Some highly discounted sale items may also be ineligible for returns, and will be marked Final Sale on the product page. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. 

All returns must be initiated via the link below. When your request is approved, you will receive an email containing instructions and the return shipping address. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Returns mailed back without an approved online return request will not be accepted.
