Returns

To better serve our customers, we are now offering FREE return shipping for exchanges/store credit. Return shipping costs when returning for a refund are the customer's responsibility. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the order delivery date. Any store credit issued will not expire. 

Clearance items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimsuits, lingerie, or bodysuits. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, unwashed with original tags attached and all original packaging included. Nail strips must be in original packaging with the vacuum-sealed inner package unopened. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return postage unless doing an exchange for store credit. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. 

Item Exchanges:

Please email info@harpersrow.com to request an exchange. We are unable to hold inventory for exchanges, so we ask that you place an order for the new item and then return the other item for refund. Once you place the order for the new item, we will issue your free return shipping label. Any remaining balance, if exchanging for a lower priced product, will be issued as store credit to be used at your convenience. 

Refund or Store Credit:

All refunds and store credit requests must be initiated via the link below. You will receive instructions and the mailing address to ship your return. Returns mailed back without an approved online return request will not be accepted.
