Shipping

**Please note that orders placed between 7/30/2022 and 8/01/2022 may be delayed by 1-2 business days due to a mandatory warehouse system upgrade.**

Our shipping rate is $4.99 flat rate for all orders under $75, FREE for order $75 or more. Packages are typically sent USPS, but we may use other carriers at times or for certain products.  Our typical shipping time is 3-7 business days (Mon-Fri) from the time the order is placed to delivery. Any products with extended shipping times (pre-orders, special orders, etc) will be noted on the product information page with alternate shipping timeframes specified.

Orders placed after Noon ET may be handled as the next day’s orders. Please note that weekend orders may not ship until Tuesday or Wednesday, especially after a holiday or during rush times.*

Once your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email with tracking info. Items in an order may ship separately and arrive at different times.  You will receive an email for each shipment with the tracking numbers. 

If your order doesn’t contain a packing slip, all order information, receipts, and return instructions can be found online and/or in your confirmation emails.  If you need assistance locating order details or other information, please email info@harpersrow.com.

*While we do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible, some things are out of our control once it leaves our location.  Carriers sometimes experience delays, so all provided shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. 

Lost/Stolen Packages After Delivery:

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be located after they are marked as delivered by the carrier, and we are not able to file a claim at that point.  If tracking information shows ‘delivered’ and your package is missing, you will need to contact your local carrier or authorities to file a claim or open an investigation.
